Live Pure Churro Overnight Oats

I had been trying to make an overnight oats recipe for a while but every attempt just turned out bland. I recently bought a ton of Live Pure smoothie cubes (they are freaking amazing you NEED to try them) and thought that the churro flavor, which is packed with cinnamon, banana, dates, cacao nibs, cashews and even probiotics, would taste amazing with oats! The best part of this recipe is you can make it ahead and then just grab and go in the morning. Thanks to the live pure cubes there is virtually no mess because a lot of great ingredients are already packed into the cubes. I love how this recipe turned out and will be making it all the time now!


Makes 1 overnight oats jar
Ingredients:
1/2 cup Rolled Oats
2/3 cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
5 Churro Live Pure Cubes
1 tsp of Chia Seeds
1/2 tsp of Cinnamon (the cubes already have cinnamon but I wanted to add a little more!)
Toppings:
Sliced or Whole Almonds
Apples
Almond Butter
1. In a mason jar (or 16 oz cup) add oats, almond milk, live pure cubes, chia seeds and cinnamon. Give a stir, cover and set in refrigerator overnight.
2. In the morning give the oats another stir and top with almonds, sliced apples and a spoonful of almond butter! Enjoy!
