If I am being honest, I am not a huge sweet breakfast person but this French toast is delicious and easy to make! You can easily make it for 4-5 people with little to no mess! The best part is you can prep it the night before, leave it in the refrigerator and then the next morning all you have to do is put it in the pan!

Serves 4-5
Ingredients:
1 Loaf of French Brioche Bread (TJs for $3.99!)
6 Eggs
2 Cups of Milk
1 tbsp. of Cinnamon
1 tbsp of Vanilla
2 tbsp. of Butter
Fruit to Top (I chose Blackberries and Raspberries but any fruit will work!)
Maple Syrup
1. Whisk eggs, milk, cinnamon and vanilla together until combined.
2. Place bread slices in a baking dish or large bowl (I had to use two to fit the whole loaf).
3. Pour egg mixture over bread and make sure that each piece gets coated.
4. Cover with plastic wrap and put in the refrigerator overnight or let soak for at least 10-15 minutes.
5. When ready to cook, melt 1-2 tablespoons of butter in a large pan over medium heat. Once the butter is completely melted and bubbling, you can add the bread to the pan. Cook the bread for 2-3 minutes on each side until it is golden brown and slightly crisp. Repeat for all slices.
6. When the French toast is done top it with fresh fruit and maple syrup! Enjoy!
Tip: Some other great toppings would be powdered sugar, whipped cream, Nutella, bananas...the options are endless!
