It is no secret that I go to the grocery store often, so I thought it would be fun to share with you some of the top items I get from certain stores! I have been going to Whole Foods a lot recently because I have one very conveniently located to work. I definitely do not get the majority of my items from Whole Foods because it can be pricey, but these are my top 5 items that I have been getting from Whole Foods lately. Let me know if you like this or if it is helpful and I am happy to keep doing it!

1. 365 Maple Almond Butter Granola - this stuff is crack! It is the Whole Foods 365 brand so you can only get this item on Amazon or Whole Foods. It has the perfect balance of sweetness and nuttiness and goes great on smoothie bowls and yogurt. I often times will grab a handful after work as a quick snack to hold me over before dinner. If you are a granola person definitely give this a try!
2. Califia Farm Vanilla Almond Milk Creamer - I am still in search of my favorite milk substitute, however this creamer is pretty good and tastes great in my coffee! Califia Farms has a bunch of different milk substitutes from coconut milk, almond milk and oat milk to uber milk? Going to need to research that one...
3. Whole Foods Organic Blueberry Chamomile Tea - this tea has become part of my nightly ritual and I absolutely love it. It is very tasty and also helps me to relax before going to bed. I often times drink it on its own but occasionally will add a 10 mg CBD honey stick to really help me sleep well. Let me know if you are interested in CBD and I am happy to share my experience and my go to products!
4. Quinn Whole Grain Sea Salt Pretzel Sticks - these pretzels are one of my newer discoveries and I always keep a bag in my desk at work. While they are whole grain, non-gmo and gluten free, I really just like them because they have the perfect amount of salt and the best crunch out of any pretzel I've ever had. This brand has a few different types of pretzels including peanut butter filled pretzels so give them a try!
5. 365 Wild Caught Cod Fillets - many of my weeknight meals include salmon and shrimp, and I was looking to switch it up so I tried this Whole Foods Wild Caught Frozen Cod. It comes conveniently packaged with 6 cod fillets for $20. I know some people might be against using frozen fish, but in reality, most of the "fresh" fish we get has been frozen at some point. You can stick the fillets in the refrigerator during the day to thaw or run under cold water for 30 minutes. The fish is super flakey, delicious and has no fishy odor. I will be posting some recipes to try out soon!
