Chili Lime Shrimp Burrito Bowl

This is another one of those recipes that is honestly so easy you don’t even need the recipe! We love making bowls for dinner at my house because all you have to do is set out the ingredients and then they can be customized to everyone's preferences. There are about a million different variations and things you can add to this recipe so let me know how you do bowls!

Serves 3
Ingredients:
¾ pound Shrimp (about 5 to 6 shrimp per person)
2 Romaine Lettuce Heads
1 can of Black Beans
1 can of Corn
½ Red Onion diced
1 Lime
1 Avocado
1 bag of TJ’s Frozen Brown Rice (or your favorite grain)
Cilantro
TJ’s Chili Lime Seasoning
Dressing - TJ’s Green Goddess Dressing and Tabasco!
1. Prep whichever grain you chose according to directions.
2. Heat 1 tbsp of olive oil in a medium pan over medium to high heat. Add shrimp and generously sprinkle chili lime seasoning to coat the shrimp. Cook for 4 to 5 minutes until shrimp is opaque and cooked through.
3. Prep other ingredients - wash and drain corn and beans, wash and chop romaine, slice avocado and lime, dice red onion and cilantro.
4. Combine ingredients and top with TJ’s Green Goddess Dressing and some tabasco - enjoy!
