This recipe is Michael Symon's Crispy Rice! I saw him making it on a Facebook Live Video and realized I had all of the ingredients so I decided to make it. I also added some mushrooms with the broccoli and it was delicious! It is a really quick and easy recipe that can be made with pretty much any ingredients in your refrigerator. Definitely give this recipe a try sometime!
