One of the favorite meals in our house is tacos! They are super easy to make and can be customized to everyone’s taste. We often make shrimp or fish tacos using this slaw, but it would definitely taste great with chicken too! It is super easy and if you let the slaw marinate for about 15-30 minutes the flavor is awesome. Definitely worth a try!

Serves 2-3
Ingredients:
1 pound of Shrimp or White Fish (I typically use Halibut!)
1 bag of TJ’s Shredded Green and Red Cabbage with Orange Carrots
Corn or Flour Tortillas
TJ’s Chili Lime Seasoning
1 Lime
1 tablespoon of Honey
Handful of Cilantro chopped
Drizzle of Olive Oil
Salt
Topping Ideas: Cotija Cheese, Avocado, Sriracha

1. In a medium bowl combine cabbage, olive oil, honey, lime juice, cilantro and a dash of salt. Let sit for 15-30 minutes if you have time.
2. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a medium pan over medium to high heat. Season shrimp or fish with chili lime seasoning and sear until cooked through. 2 minutes on each side for shrimp and depending on the thickness of the fish about 4 to 5 minutes per side.
3. Heat tortillas in oven, microwave or over a gas stovetop. Assemble tacos and enjoy!
