I have made this recipe at least 5 times now and honestly could eat it every night! It is literally the easiest pasta dish I have ever made and takes maybe 15 minutes to come together. I have made it with all types of pasta but bucatini and conchiglie (the pasta pictured here) are two of my favorites. I was shocked when I discovered that Cacio e Pepe is not a cream based pasta sauce. All you have to do for this recipe is make the pasta and a cheese paste and then combine the two! I am constantly asked for this recipe so I knew I had to share it on the blog, enjoy!
