Ginger Miso Shredded Brussel Sprouts

This recipe only has two ingredients and could not be more easy or delicious! You can serve it as a side dish or even as an appetizer. Let me know if you try it out!




Serves 2-3


Ingredients:

1 pack of TJ’s Shredded Brussel Sprouts

3 tbsp of Miso Dressing (I found this one at Whole Foods)


1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with non-stick spray or olive oil.


2. In a bowl mix shredded brussel sprouts and dressing until fully coated.


3. Arrange in a single layer on the baking sheet and let roast for 10 minutes. Flip and then let roast for 10 more minutes. Enjoy!
