This mango salsa is one of my all time favorite recipes! It is a quick and easy way to elevate a dish and goes great with so many recipes. I use this salsa on tacos, on top of proteins and even eat it straight out of the bowl with some chips!

Serves 2 to 3
Ingredients:
2 Mangos or TJ’s Sliced Mango (about 1 ½ cups of diced Mango)
Juice of 1 Lime
½ Red Onion
Handful of Cilantro
1 tsp of Cayenne Pepper (or Red Pepper Flakes)
1 tbsp of Coconut Sugar
1 tbsp of Olive Oil
1. Dice the mangos, red onion, and cilantro. Combine all ingredients in a medium sized bowl and let sit in the refrigerator until ready to serve! Super simple and delicious!
Tip: I like to use coconut sugar to sweeten the salsa a little but you could omit it or swap it out for agave or honey. The cayenne helps to balance the sweetness with a little kick.
