I LOVE Edamame, but I never really eat it unless I am at a sushi restaurant. This recipe is super easy to make at home and serves as a great snack or appetizer!

Serves 3-4
Ingredients:
1 bag of Frozen Unshelled Edamame
2 tbsp of Butter
2 tbsp of Soy Sauce
1 tbsp of Minced Garlic (5-6 cloves)
1 tablespoon of Honey
1 tablespoon of Red Pepper Flakes
Optional:
Sesame seeds
Lime wedge
1. Melt butter over medium heat. Once the butter is melted add the bag of frozen edamame. It may cause the butter to clump up but it will melt once the edamame heats through. Stir the edamame occasionally for 5-6 minutes until it is defrosted completely.
2. Add garlic and let it sauté in the pan with the edamame.
3. After 2-3 minutes add the soy sauce, honey and red pepper flakes. Stir the ingredients to combine.
4. Transfer to a bowl and serve warm!
